Our Offerings
Process Service requests are paid in advance of the service. Once you fill out the referral information our office will generate an invoice to you for payment.
Other services will be discussed for specific pricing and passthrough expenses depending on cost to the retrieve records requested.
Eastern Carolina Process Services, LLC. is a one stop shop with a notary and E-notary on staff to process all affidavits of service immediately upon completion.

Beaufort County Process Service
Attempt to serve the individual in Beaufort County within 5 business days at one address (up to three attempts).

Rush Beaufort County Process Service
Attempt to serve the individual within 24 hours at one address (up to two attempts, three attempts in 48 hours).

Record Request/Retrieval and Skip Tracing
Skip tracing if you need to find someone. If an in person record retrieval is required, it'll be 40/hr travel and 60/hr on site and report preparation. There could be additional fees (passthrough expenses) in fees are charged for retrieving records.

Non-Local Process Service
Attempt to serve the individual outside Beaufort County (45 miles or less) within 5 business days at one address (up to three attempts). If more than 45 miles, please inquire for individual pricing.

Rush Non Beaufort County Process Service
Attempt to serve the individual within 24 hours (up to two attempts) outside Beaufort County at one address (up to 45 miles). If more than 45 miles, please inquire for individual pricing.
